Shana Spitzer

Shana was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In 1992, she moved to Newport Beach where she chose to raise her family and establish herself as a highly sought after interior designer and real estate professional. She has always had a passion for the finest in architecture and design and has made a career of it.

 

She has been a licensed agent since 2010, selling luxury real estate along the California Coast.  Shana and her business partner, Laura Roche formed the Spitzer Roche Team in 2012 and have sold nearly $200 million in the cities of Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa and Irvine.  Working as an interior designer for 10 years prior to becoming a real estate agent, Shana transformed clients’ multi-million dollar homes in Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and Shady Canyon. This experience has proven invaluable to her rapid rise as a stand-out luxury real estate professional.

 

Shana attributes her success to a genuine interest in working closely with people, her patient and caring nature and a steadfast work ethic. Residing in both Newport Beach and Newport Coast over the years, Shana has the knowledge to share with buyers the details of each neighborhood.
